Visual Journaling: Building Healthy Connections After A Pandemic
Visual journaling is an excellent way to figure out what is important to you, to decompress and reflect on relationships.
Connections continue to be important to me, not only with others, but also with myself.
After a great lunch time conversation with fellow business people yesterday, it was noted that many people of all ages are struggling making connections and communicating face to face with others after twoish years of isolating.
How are you doing with making and maintaining connections with others?
A visual journal is a safe way of communicating feelings, gathering thoughts and figuring out priorities.
Retreat to the country with me to learn art techniques to help you express yourself.
Bring a friend, bring your colleagues, bring family members! Book a retreat or a series of classes to build healthy connections. Be creative. Be happy. Be healthy!
