Positively kiddish describes my art for today. Isn't it fun to not take yourself too seriously and create art like a kid, meant for a kid? Here are three pieces I have created for my cousin's birthday! Beatrix Potter was my inspiration for these positively kiddish drawings and the painting of the rabbit was done in the Chinese watercolour painting style! One of my favourite kid books is "Guess How Much I Love You" by Sam McBratney, maybe some day I can think of a story to go with my bunny pictures! See, I am positively kiddish!

LOVE "Guess How Much I love You!" ... it's a favourite in our house! And your 'Kiddish Art" is absolutely wonderful! I love the chinese water colour of Brown Bunny! Your blog is wonderful Renee! I am so enjoying it! Now if I could only put my finger on why your name sounds so familiar!!! :)
ReplyDeleteTerry,
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking time to visit my blog and add comments! This blogging is new to me, but I am having fun! I have been following your blog for a while. The funny thing is, Sunday I was telling my husband about your blog and all of the beautiful bird, animal, farm and family photos that you have shared, and low and behold, you join to be a member of my blog today! With this blog, I am finding things like that happening more and more. I will think of something one day, and the next day something occurs that is connected. I was thinking that I was jealous of your farm life and all of the wildlife around you. I was telling my husband that I wished we had more land like you do to explore. Lucky you! We have just over 6 acres with two horses, a dog and a lot of cats.
