Positively for the Birds

Mother nature continues to treat us with warm temperatures and motivates us to get outside and enjoy nature.  Walking along snowy canal banks, through mud in a nearby icy wetland and through our swampy acreage Sunday afternoon, we were positively treated to the sounds and sites of geese and red poles.

The irrigation pipes mimic wings of geese in flight.

I love the graceful tip of the wing of the goose on the right.
