Visual Journaling for Decision Making
We began this week’s adult visual journaling class by taking huge cleansing breaths, venting orally, and then, journaling.
One of our topics of discussion and journaling was decision making and being true to ourselves when doing so.
We highlighted and tore out keywords and phrases to use as collage papers.
We talked about listening to our hearts and minds when decision making. It all comes down to fear. Fear of disappointment, missed opportunities, success… oh, the list can be long… but when it comes down to it, the decision has to be right for ourselves… Is that selfish? No, it is self-perseverance!
This is my result of our very therapeutic afternoon creating, releasing tension and decision making!
Join us for a visual journaling class Wednesday afternoons, 1-4pm or contact me to set up another time that works for you. 💕 403-952-9475
